General

  • phoenickss.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
  • Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website and may, at the sole discretion of the Website be notified to the Registered Users from time to time.
  • phoenickss.com will keep the registered customers up to date with latest offers and promotional discount coupons through email or SMS.
  • The customers may get the review invitations for their purchase.
  • The above clause shall also apply to any additional Terms applicable to the use of the Website and phoenickss.com reserves the right to terminate access to the Website at any time.

Booking and delivery

  • Orders can be booked 24/7 but they will be processed within 1-3 business working days.
  • The product will be dispatched during processing the order and will be handed over to courier partners. The product will be delivered within 3-7days after it is picked up from our facility in standard courier rates.
  • If due to the following reasons the order is not delivered, it will still be considered as delivered and full payment will be charged.
    • Wrong address
    • Premises locked
    • Wrong phone number
    • Refusal to accept the delivery
  • The delivery sometimes may be delayed due to reasons beyond human control such as bad weather, transport strike, road blockade due to agitations, etc.

Substitution in Product Delivery

  • Sometimes the delivered product may be slightly different in color or shape from what is shown in the pictures at website.
  • If some change is to be made in the order due to the non-availability of the spiritual gift product, the change will be made in consultation with the customer.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Cancellation of order is to be made within 24 hours after booking the order or before the order is dispatched.
  • If you cancel the order after dispatch, due to any reason, the delivery charges will be charged and the order amount will be transferred back to you.
  • Refund will be directly transferred to the Customer account with 15 working days.

Damaged Products

  • In Case of damaged/broken or wrong product received due to any reason, please report us immediately (within 48Hours of Delivery) with a clear photograph of the complete product. Just click on Report. Or You can directly contact us with your order details including order number on email : [email protected] or Mobile/Whatsapp +1 347 933 7575. We will assist you with further process.

Duplicate orders

  • If we find that exactly same order has been made twice, we will try to clarify with the customer. In case the customer is not contactable then we take our own decision in the matter and that will be final.

Fraudulent or misbehaving customers

  • If we find any fraudulent customer in terms of changing the order again and again, wrong address, misbehaving with the delivery boy/any of our company employee, improper/unfair messages then we have the authority to cancel the order/ban that customer without being answerable.
